About
I am Irina Nedelchev, a Certified Professional Coach and the founder of Quest Matters. I trained at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) which is a fully accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). My goal as a coach is to help you create an authentic life aligned with your true values, as well as navigate the things that elevate and hinder your performance.
Becoming a coach was a result of a decade long career in the financial services industry, my journey of being a parent and my experiences as a world traveler. For a long time, my focus was on results, and it took me some practice to learn how to love the process and not the destination alone. This is how Quest Matters was created. Quest Matters is a space where your personal quest matters and all of your experiences are seen as valuable insight into how you can get to where you truly and authentically want to be.

​I trust that most people know what makes them happy and fulfilled. Being engaged on the journey to self-leadership, however, often requires a little bit of guidance and accountability.

Before becoming a coach, I received my undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and was a forensic accountant who focused on international corruption investigations. My additional certifications include CFE and ACAMS. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, photography, and live music.
